MICRO-SPICULES 24K GOLDEN ALCHEMY REGENERATING CREAM

I bought this together with the serum from the same brand. I've tried quite a few spicule creams over the years but kept seeing "Shorticule" mentioned and wanted to know what the difference actually was. I'm at the stage where wrinkle care is a real priority, and I've used plenty of products that all claim to work but never really knew if they did anything.

What caught my attention here was the Shorticule technology, which is apparently a milled and upgraded version of regular spicules, combined with 24K gold. Pairing that with the serum seemed like a solid combination.

Packaging wise, it looks like a high end European luxury brand. Premium feel from the moment you open the box. The gold spatula that comes with it genuinely surprised me. I always use a spatula with jar creams to avoid bacterial contamination, but this one is a step above anything I've seen. Feels like something you keep on your vanity permanently.

Scooped out a tiny amount and it covered my whole face easily. I was expecting the tingling sensation spicule products are known for but it was much milder than expected. Actually quite comfortable.

One jar in and I can already see why this brand positions itself as a premium K-Beauty line. Curious to try the other products in the range too.

The cream is very soft and light but still substantial enough to require it to be rubbed in - which is great for the penetration of ingredients. It spreads easily. It has no greasiness. It has many beneficial properties in the ingredients so the spicules can deliver them deep within the skin. I like that niacinamide is one of the first ingredients. It also has other great skin builders like natural extracts and Centella sciatica. The coffee extract will give the skin a nice boost of circulation. I personally find that I need to layer another moisturizer over top if I want to feel deeply hydrated, but I do believe that this will give good results in terms of spicule creams compared to others that are more expensive. You can feel the spicules, but they are not uncomfortable. It is perfect.

I love this facial product! Do I understand it completely? No. Does my skin look refreshed and moisturized? Yes! I have been using this product for less than a week. My face looks better already, so I am super excited it has been so effective! Though it's a very small container, it only takes a tiny dab to go a long way. The longevity of my results seems promising! Based on that, I would say it's a decent value for the money.

This cream surprised me. After one week my skin already felt smoother and those tiny textured dots on my cheeks started to fade. I have rosacea so micro-needle creams normally murder my face. The cheaper one I used before thats been viral online hurt so much and left me red for hours. This one? No burning pain and no flare-ups, just results.

It also plays SO well with other products. No pilling and no weird reactions, it just fits into my routine like it was always supposed to be there and I do think my other serums have been working a lot better when applied on after this. The gold is subtle and pretty to look at.

Love that it comes with a spatula attached for cleanliness and the jar itself is gorgeous. I bought a different cream in the same but bigger jar from this brand and noticed they’re different in design which makes it feel almost hand-crafted knowing another person won’t have the exact same marble pattern as mine.

And thank god it’s fragrance-free. A lot of these needle creams are scened but this one smells like nothing in the best way.

After six weeks of using Superface's treatment nightly, I can say that it is quite luxurious and has made a difference in the texture of my skin. My skin feels smoother and I have also noticed a decreased redness. The most noticeable difference is that the pores on my chin are less visable. Superface's packaging and container are gorgeous, but the silver spatula is even better! It makes the application easy and the cold tingle feels amazing as it spreads the cream and massages the face. Cream absorbs quickly and is not sticky. I have been using this sparingly for six weeks and have quite a bit left. I will strongly consider repurchasing and would recommend without hesitation.

This is one of the most unusual face creams I've ever tried (and I have tried A LOT!). I have used microneedle rollers off and on, mostly out of curiosity, but not long term as they are too much for my sensitive skin. I was interested in trying a cream with microneedles somehow incorporated into the cream itself.

The cream comes with a metal spatula to apply it. I strongly suggest using this instead of your fingers to reduce potential irritation. The cream is, well, very creamy. It's not oily or greasy in the slightest but it feels like it's an oil-based formula based on how thick it is. It distributes very easily without any tugging. My dry, sensitive face felt instantly better when I applied this. I did not feel the microneedles when applying it but some of my face looked a little red after application. I want to note there was no irritation whatsoever or pain, and the redness faded very quickly. It may have been more from the pressure of the applicator than the cream itself.

I did feel the microneedles when I laid down a few hours later. Since I sleep facedown or on my side, this was a bit of an issue. But, at least it confirmed that the microneedles are there and presumably working! Make sure you wash your hands thoroughly prior to touching your cell phone screen or other sensitive items.

The product comes in a really bizarre container. The lid has a groove that I thought was a dispenser. I spent a few embarrassing seconds trying to pump the top when it face it is a screw-on/screw-off type lid, haha.

I took one star off because there are no instructions. I am not sure if this is to be used by itself, or for the moisturizing step in your usual skincare routine (I do the whole bit - toner, serum, oil, and a sheet mask a couple of times a week). Most moisturizers should fit into the last step but since this has microneedles, I am not when or how to use it.

I normally dont purchase high end facial products but this serum really touts alot of promises.

I expected a more visible change for the cost so a bit pricy for the results.

This SUPERFACE 30ml/1oz 24K Golden Alchemy Micro‑Spicule Cream is a Korean skincare product that targets uneven texture, reduces pore size, decreases fine lines and wrinkles and stimulates collagen production.

The packaging has a black tassel with the imprint of a director’s chair. The Superface container has a marble look and comes with a gold spatula that attaches to the side of the container. The spatula is used to scoop a pea sized amount of cream onto clean skin and to massage the cream upwards under the eyes with the spherical end of the spatula.

As soon as I applied the cream on my face I felt tingling, similar to when you use a micro-needing derma-roller. I have never experienced a tingling feeling before using a facial cream. According to the listing the tingling is from the Shorticule micro-spicules. It is not painful or uncomfortable but it does take some getting used to. The cream absorbs quickly into the skin and there is no scent to the cream.

I have been using the cream for a few days and I am seeing a minimal reduction in the fine lines under my eyes. I have never seen a reduction in fine lines with any other cream that I have used so this is hopeful. I will continue to use it nightly and will update my review if this pattern continues over the next few weeks and if I continue to see improvement with my skin.

I've been using this for about 2 weeks and I'm happy to say I can really tell/feel a difference in my skin. I'm 64 years old and have always used a face regime of washing/serums/moisturizing. I don't usually spend as much on one item as this but I wanted to see if something direct from Korea actually makes a difference as I've been told before. After two weeks of using this instead of my usual moisturizer night and day, I can say my skin does feel and look smoother, and I think my pores are smaller. I can't get a good focused picture of my skin so take my word for it I guess. After I put it on I do feel a slight tingle but that goes away within 30 seconds. I wait a minute before applying my foundation and when I look in the mirror my foundation seems to look smoother applied. I think some of my fine lines around my eyes are not as noticeable either, and my skin feels softer.
As I mentioned, it's a bit pricey but I look at all the products I spend on and if I replace this with 2 or 3 (serum and moisturizers etc) then I'm not spending any more. Other products with fancy names actually are in the competitive price market as this if you are using some of those. The jar holds 1 oz. which is typical of most moisturizers you buy.

This cream feels smooth when I put it on and sinks in fast. My skin feels soft and looks a bit brighter after I use it. The texture is light and not greasy. It makes my face feel tighter in a good way. I like the small gold shine it gives on my skin. It helps calm down some redness around my cheeks. The bottle is easy to press and gives just the right amount. My skin feels more even and clean after using it at night.

This cream is such a treat for my skin.

It really helps hydrate my skin and leaves it feeling soft and looking bright.

A little goes a long way so I feel that this will last me a long time and is a great value for the money.

Overall, this is great high-end skincare and I would recommend it!

This super face cream came wrapped up beautifully. The packaging itself suggests an expensive face cream. Upon opening it comes with a flat edged gold application tool which adds to the essence of application. The tool is a cool soothing way to apply this hydration cream. Going on it feels good to the touch and leaves my skin feeling and looking rejuvenated. My skin is plump and glowing. To date this is my favorite and has helped with my fine lines. It has minimized my skins flaws and doesn’t feel heavy.

This Superface 24K cream comes in impressive packaging that features a wax stamp of a hollywood chair with a tassel. The container itself is an elegant design and comes with a flat spatula that sits in a little notch in the lid.
There were no directions whatsoever on the container nor in the container - took off one star for that. The directions online state to start at night time then progress to day and night for maximum anti-aging transformation. It's too soon to tell a real difference. Last night I only put it on the back of my hand to check for any sensitivity. I did not notice any tingling or irritation. However I did wake up this morning with one hand much softer than the other so that's a good start.
For the price you only receive about 1oz of product which means that this product better be something spectacular. It states it will take up to 4 weeks to notice real results so I will update at that time if I see any improvement or no improvement.
I took a gamble on this one so lets see in time what it can really do. So far just softer texture so there is a ways to go.
