How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
International orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks after
shipping. All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to the email
you provided at checkout. Please note that customs clearance in your country
may cause additional delays beyond our control.
I received the Product, but it's not the product I ordered.
Please send a photo of the item you received and your order
number, name, and the product you originally ordered to contact@superfacestudio.com
Which Courier use Superface?
United States: Orders are
fulfilled via Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment).
All other countries: Customers can
choose between FedEx (express) or K-Packet (economical) at
checkout.
Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships.
What should I do about shipping incidents (damaged)?

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?
We currently do not offer subscription-based ordering, but
we're working on making this available soon. Please stay tuned for updates
through our newsletter or website.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns for international
orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a tracking number
via email. You can also track your order status and updates by logging into
your account on our website.
